El Guincho, Te Amo

El Guincho at The Elbo room Saturday was the best live show I've seen in ages. I can't stop listening to Pop Negro; it's a beautiful thing. I keep getting high off the melodies over and over again. Their live act sounded just as good as their recorded performance does -- if not, better. Their sound is a winning combo of so many of the most beautiful components of music, borrowed from many different realms, many of which I love the most.
